You First Financial is a custom WordPress theme built by Total WP Support in 2020 and maintained on an as needed basis since then. It’s great to be caring for the website on a monthly basis moving forward, giving us the ability to provide a better level of service and much needed ongoing security.

Dodge City Cycles is the OG bike shop in Cumberland, B.C. located right at the entrance to the legendary Mountain Biking of Cumberland Forest.

The DCC website features their retail store offerings, their bike repair services, and is a portal to further information about the trails and active community surrounding the mountain biking scene in Cumberland.

A facebook feed is synced to provide automated up to date posts on what’s happening at DCC and the community.

Dimensions Life Coach is a long time client that has just signed up for WordPress Hosting and a Wordpress Maintenance Plan.

Dimensions is a Life Coaching custom wordpress design developed by Total WP Support a few years ago. Freshwater Creative designed the visual photoshop files and we built out the custom wordpress theme.

We are really happy to have Dimensions Life Coach back with us again and look forward providing wordpress maintenance for the website into the future, providing everything a Wordpress website needs to run smoothly and securely.

Stanwycks Photography provides professional photography covering commercial, corporate, lifestyle, city and landscapes aas well as running photography courses. Their physical studio is located in New Orleans, Mississippi.

The owner, Vicki, came to us in an emergency situation where a previous wordpress support company had been paid to do maintenance and back ups on her site for the last couple of years, but when one of her sites went down it came to light that the company had not been doing any maintenance and there was no back up resulting in the loss of one of her websites. At this point, Vicki reached out to us for help and we quickly focused on first securing a full back up of each of her three remaining websites. Once that was done, we could breath easy and initiated our standard onboarding process for new WordPress maintenance clients.

We are so happy Vicki found us and we were able to help her through this stressful event and we look forward to working with Stanwycks Photography to maintain and improve their website moving forward.

Wagntails.net has been a long time client for both our WordPress Hosting as well as our Essential WordPress Maintenance Plans. We are now embarking on a new adventure together as we take on an ambitious Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaign as well as publishing new posts to their blog each month.

This is a great combination of services as we can focus on fully optimizing their blog posts to reinforce their SEO campaign goals. Their website page builder uses Elementor which will allow us to build exceptional layouts for their new blog posts. We are all excited to see the impact of our efforts in the coming months.

We are excited to announce a new non-profit organization has signed up for a WordPress maintenance and support plan with Total WP Support!

Nurturely.org is a great cause and we are very pleased to be a part of the team moving forward and helping support their goals. It’s been a pleasure working with them so far and it’s always special being able to help a website get out of a tough situation.

Nurturely came to us with their site down and needing emergency WordPress help. The issue stemmed from the domain name having lapsed and gone into holding status. Luckily, we were able to locate and re-purchase the domain name. Once acquired, we were able to reconnect things and get the site running again.

Now that the urgent issues are past, we are getting to know the site inside and out and working together to make some changes. Initially, nurturely.org signed up to the Essential Maintenance Plan but soon realized that our Professional Maintenance Plan was a better fit as they could utilize our free small wordpress jobs to get a lot of work done at an affordable rate.

Geoffrey and Carlos have been clients with Total WP Support since we started back in 2016 and it’s a real pleasure to finally share their website in our Featured Clients section.

The Tofitian Cafe, located in beautiful Tofino BC, has been a long term WordPress hosting client with Total WP Support. We are thrilled that they have recently signed up to our Essential WordPress Maintenance Plan.

All WordPress maintenance has been completed for all WordPress Maintenance Plan client sites. Software has been updated, back ups have been run, optimization and database cleaned, spam cleaned out and much more!

It was a bigger update process this time around because of the update to WordPress 6.5. This new version of WordPress provides some exciting improvements. The main standout for us is that the new version runs up to 5x faster in wordpress admin vs the previous version, wow a big jump in performance! The other big enhancement is the 65 changes to improve accessibility which is really great news. WordPress Accessibility is an area we are highly focused on and we do provide our own WordPress Accessibility Services if youre interested in meeting and exceeding the legal accessibility requirements for your WordPress website.

We recently had the pleasure to build out a new website focused on recruitment marketing for the LA County Department of Mental Health.

The new website is called Do Worthwhile Work and is a one page website design with several pop-up bios for sharing the personal experiences of a group of real-life LA County employees.

The new website is built in WordPress, using Elementor page builder as the work horse for the overall layouts. Gravity Forms powers the contact forms and the website is optimized for desktop, table and mobile screen sizes.
