We are excited to announce a big upgrade to Jane Denham’s Real Estate website with the integration of automated MLS listings.
Their new system is a powerful tool for any real estate website built using wordpress. Some of the features include being able to fine tune the mls listings being pulled in such as:
- Show all listings in a geographic area.
- Show listings specific to a realtor or agency.
- Show all open houses in a region or available for a specific realtor.
- Advanced search and filter of listings according to a users needs.
- View listings on a map, list or grid view.
- and much more!
We also built in some new features to make it easier for user to take action on specific properties being pulled in from MLS such as an “Request Info” enquiry button for all listings regardless of the Realtor.
The automated single listings pages showing a specific listing have a great layout and pull in a wide range of data on the property. There is also some advanced features like in page Virtual Tours, Maps and other interactive features to improve the user experience.
There are now several new custom searches specific to different regions such as searches for the entire Comox Valley, Comox Peninsula, Courtenay, Cumberland, Mt. Washington and Crown Isle. An example would be the comox valley wide search page https://www.janedenham.com/mls-search/
