Excited to announce our new client onboarding today, Pine River Institute is a non-profit organization out of Ontario providing an incredibly important service to adolescents struggling with addiction.
Pine River has signed up to our Premium WordPress Support Plan so that we can take care of their ongoing maintenance, security, back ups, software updates and all the other daily and monthly maintenance requirements for a WordPress website.
Pine River can be found at www.pineriverinstitute.com – their website is fairly complex, running on Elementor Page builder and having quite a few plugins some of which are quite intensive such as the Events Calendar and LearnDash LMS. Overall we will begin with a thorough review of the website front and back, focusing on small improvement to some of the visuals and tightening up security and increasing page load speeds.
Originally, Pine River came to use needing emergency wordpress assistance due to a core part of their website not loading. After doing that one-off fix for them, they decided to go with us for long term WordPress support.
It’s also super exciting that they have chosen to use us for their WordPress Accessibility compliance. We will be working hard to get their site updated to meet wcag and ADA requirements and then we will move into accessibility monitoring and minor tweaks to maintain accessibility as needed.
We are so excited that Pine River treatment center chose us for their WordPress support company and we look forward to improving their website and helping them to provide their important services for families in Ontario.
