Scram Products is a small family run business out of Florida selling all-natural bug repellant products. They initially came to us for emergency WordPress help because their website was experiencing ongoing security issues that were affecting their ability to do business online. We ran a free security audit and found a variety of issues which we resolved on a staging site. The owner’s were so delighted they decided to move their WordPress support services and hosting over to Total WP Support!

A relatively smooth maintenance update cycle on June 4th. All client websites updated with very little issues found and the few small issues were resolved quickly without any downtime or causing issues for website users. Woocommerce had a security release so we prioritized this update during the process and we highly recommend updating all Woocommerce websites as this is a high risk security threat.
We’re reaching out to highlight an annual event that is close to our hearts and a part of every website we roll out here at Total WP Support which is Global Accessibility Awareness Day. On the third Thursday of May in each year it is a day to acknowledge the importance of digital accessibility and inclusion for the over one billion people worldwide who live with disabilities and to assess our own websites to gauge their level of accessibility as well as compliance with our own regional accessibility related laws.
Another successful WordPress Maintenance update process for the month of May 2024. A lot of security related updates over April and the first week of May had us working closely with the sites a lot over the last month and we are expecting this to continue into May. Overall, a great success and looking forward to continuing to care for all the great websites that entrust us with their security, support and ongoing maintenance.
Going into the busy summer season here in British Columbia 50 North Adventures wanted to streamline and simplify their booking process for both their clients and for themselves on the admin side as well. Online bookings for their main tours was a must so we settled on the Premium WordPress plugin called Bookly to be the main backbone of the new system. We are happy to see 50 North Adventures taking its first step into automating their tour booking process and look forward to fine tuning and increasing the automation further.
We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new website development for Seastone Farm Ltd., a Licensed Health Canada Cannabis Cultivator located on Denman Island, BC, Canada. We happily announce that Total WP Support is caring for the Lavelle Art Gallery website through our Premium WordPress Maintenance Plan. All WordPress maintenance has been completed for all WordPress Maintenance Plan client sites. Software has been updated, back ups have been run, optimization and database cleaned, spam cleaned out and much more! It was a bigger update process this time around because of the update to WordPress 6.5. This new version of WordPress provides some exciting improvements.
