The owner’s of Scram Products came to us for emergency WordPress help because their website was experiencing ongoing security issues that were affecting their ability to do business online. We ran a free security audit and found a variety of issues, primarily that the software on the website hadn’t been updated in over two years, despite having another WordPress maintenance company already hired to take care of security and updates of software. We proposed setting up a staging site to troubleshoot why the website was showing zero updates available despite it being clear that the versions were severely outdated. Once the new staging site was set up and the problem was diagnosed and resolved, we proceeded to update all the software. The site had several layout issues that needed to be fixed related to the theme and wp bakery page builder updates. We fixed the issues at no charge as they were relatively easy to resolve. We also did the WordPress migration at no charge.
Showing our results to the owners of Scram Products, they decided to move their WordPress maintenance and support over to Total WP Support and also decided to move their hosting over to our WordPress Hosting plan as well! So they are now using Total WP Support for all their WordPress support needs, including signing up to the WordPress Premium Maintenance plan which includes maintenance for a Woocommerce online store.
